WHO WE ARE
MediaChange supports the innovative, the creative, and the daring professionals whose interests are associated with corporate strategy, change management, media industry, social innovation, service design and branding. MediaChange addresses innovative entrepreneurs, senior management, media and communication practitioners at all levels of organisations as well as researchers and the academia. It directly involves companies and individuals, who are subject of its examination and public scrutiny and connect them with interested audiences into a constructive, motivated dialogue.
MediaChange pays particular attention to “service branding media”, i.e. a brand management approach whereby fundamental approaches from media industry are deployed.
Above all, MediaChange educates and trains, explains and encourages its members to constantly improve themselves as professional, managers, leaders, and humans.

MediaChange believes that social benefits of human creativity are in a direct positive correlation with the level of individual freedom, protection of human rights, quality of democratic dialogue and the respect of private property. It profoundly understands the meaning and need for organisational change as the necessary omnipresent aspect of responsible leadership. It also assumes that the role and the position of the media are inseparable from the social contexts in which they evolve and prosper.
Since these values do not come for granted, MediaChange stands for constant re-assessment and respect of the rules and practices that protect and reinforce inclusive societies and fair play.
